Food filtration mesh
Nylon mesh for tea bags, milk filtration and food processing screens. MAISHI nylon (PA) woven mesh complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1500.
Milk filter bags
81 mesh, 100 µm thread, about 213 µm opening. PA66 has a higher melting point than PA6, which suits filters exposed to warm milk and cleaning cycles. Standard widths 150 cm and 300 cm.
Tea bag and infusion mesh
Fine nylon mesh for pyramid tea bags and infusion sachets. Supplied as rolls or narrow slit widths for bag-making machines. Tell us your particle size and machine width. See also Mesh Filter for Tea & Coffee.
Process screens
Juice, starch, sugar and edible oil straining. Nylon for abrasion resistance, polyester where acidic products are handled.
